This is a great sushi restaurant. They have a great happy hour with a great selection of food and alcoholic beverages and even better prices. I was always checked on and didn’t go more than a few minutes before they refilled my drink. The atmosphere is clean and contemporary. The food is fresh and delicious. There is a large selection to satisfy everyone’s appetite. (even the picky eaters) From sashimi to simple fried rice, they have it. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I'd heard lots of good things about Top Sushi so I finally visited on Friday night. They have great happy hour specials until 7pm. We ordered the tempura shrimp and crab puffs both of which were yummy, crispy, cooked perfectly and with flavorful sauces. Our server, Andrew was extremely helpful for sushi nubes and suggested some cooked and raw rolls. The place was really hopping and food was served beautifully presented. I see why it's so popular and I plan to become a regular.

I'm so glad we happened to stop in here for lunch for the first time. Sunday is an all day happy hour so we ordered off that menu: yummy roll, 2 sea bass sushi, & 2 spicy salmon hand rolls. All were delicious. The yummy roll actually surprised us at how amazing it was. We both agreed we'd come back just for that. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu. Also, the manager Andrew checked in on us & was very friendly & welcoming. We will definitely be back. Great atmosphere, food, music, & staff.

We came in as a large group last-minute, after being turned away from a nearby restaurant, and this place welcomed us with open arms. The service, food, and atmosphere were all top-notch. Every dish was fresh and beautifully presented, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. Even though we were a big group on short notice, they seated us within 5 minutes, kept the energy friendly and efficient, and were incredibly accommodating, even offering to store our cake in the fridge and bringing out clean plates and a lighter when it was time to celebrate. That extra level of thoughtfulness meant a lot. The only (very minor) hiccup was that it took a bit longer than usual to close out our bills, but to their credit, they communicated clearly, apologized, and it didn’t feel like we were being ignored. It may have just been a training moment or a register issue, but it was handled with professionalism and kindness. We’re so grateful for the way they took care of us and absolutely recommend them, especially for anyone looking for great sushi and a welcoming vibe. We’ll definitely be back!

We had an incredible experience at Top Sushi, thanks to our amazing server, D! From the moment we sat down, he was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. He knew the menu inside and out and gave us some fantastic recommendations—the drinks and rolls he suggested were absolutely top tier. Everything he picked hit the mark! His energy was positive, his timing was perfect, and he made our night feel extra special. If you’re dining here, ask for D—you won’t be disappointed. Thank you, D, for your outstanding service. For the six sushi restaurants that I have tried in the NW Houston area, by far the best. Usually go on a Sunday for the all day happy hour specials for food and drink. Jade, Lanky, Yummy and garlic edamame are a standby. Ask for the chef’s specials that are not listed as well. Cool crew working and everyone is very helpful. Bring sunglasses as it picks up a lot of glare inside advice and not a negative comment. Enjoy and thank you.

This is our go-to spot for sushi. The food and ambiance are amazing. Always fresh quality ingredients. Daddy Doo is my favorite roll but I was introduced to a new favorite tonight. Service is always good. If you are craving some great sushi, this is the place.

Great first experience. Definitely tasty and definitely worth your money. The jalapeno poppers were delicious and the sauce gave it a good taste. The pineapple sake was perfect. I recommend the stuffed calamari roll... yummy and baked to perfection. The white tuna roll (Bare Beauty) did not have enough white tuna (you could barely see or taste it). The staff was nice and the manger, Andrew, asked if we were enjoying our food. We will be back.
